I am an award winning freelance photographer based in the North West of England. I specialise in shooting editorial, features, portraits, PR and sport.
After more than 24 years experience in the industry many of my clients have been long term users of my services, a testament to the conscientious and reliable work ethic I adhere to.
My passion for photography started when I bought a compact camera in my teens to go to motorcycle racing events to try and emulate what I saw in the motorcycle magazines at the time. This led to me enrolling on a pro photography course at my local college then to my first taste of working in the industry as a black and white printer.
Despite enjoying my time in the darkroom, I really wanted to chase my dream of earning a living behind the camera as a photographer. Today I am just as passionate and motivated as ever to getting the shot, be it at a football or rugby game or a portrait for a feature in a newspaper.
